Can you post a Christmas Letter to the UK?

Yes, we will send your order to the United Kingdom, Australia, Finland, Canada and any other countries in the world. Shipping is inexpensive, just $2.00 per letter. Please allow at least 14 business days for delivery.

What does a Christmas Santa Letter include?

Your Santa Letter will be printed on Christmas letterhead. Each one is personalized with your child's name, sibling names, special accomplishments, pets or favorite relatives and any other information you provide. Every custom Santa Letter is signed by Santa himself. Enclosed with each letter are special Christmas stickers and an activity book.

I have more than one child. Will my children receive the same Santa Letter?

We do not use a form letter or automatic software like other Santa Letter sites. Our writing is extremely personalized. We make sure that Christmas letters being mailed to the same address are different. We want you to come back next year. It wouldn't be any fun if everyone got the same letter!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, online checks, payments made using PayPal and personal checks/money orders sent via regular postal mail. Please note that orders paid for by personal check will be delayed until the check has cleared (usually 7-10 days).

When will my Santa Claus letter(s) be mailed and how?

All letters are sent First Class mail via the USPS and are mailed daily unless special arrangements are made for other shipping.

Will my letter(s) arrive before Christmas?

Yes! Your letter from Santa will arrive before Christmas as long as you place your order by December 7! Every year we have a few letters that are lost in the mail so if your personalized letter doesn't arrive at least a week before Christmas, contact us and we will send out another letter right away.

Is my personal information given out, shared or sold?

Absolutely not!! Your personal information is ONLY used to write your letter(s) and mail them to you. See our Policies page for more information.
