However, you will be charged the price in effect at the time you placed your order. Conversion rates are controlled by your bank or card merchant and are out of our control.

All Domestic USA and international letters are sent via First Class USPS.

Every attempt will be made to ensure your letter is received on or before Christmas. However Santa's Mail Depot cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by postal services or events beyond our control.

We will add a postage charge of $2.00 for International shipments (outside USA).

We recommended that you place your order at least 14 days prior to the date you would like the letter to arrive. Please consider local restrictions on postal services due to strikes, seasonal holidays and other unavoidable events that may delay delivery.

Although we will make every attempt to ensure your letter arrives at the requested time, we will not be held liable for matters beyond our control.

Santa's Mail Depot voluntarily collects information from its visitors through our online order form, mail-in order form as well as our Contact Form. All information submitted is kept in strict confidence. This information is not now, nor it will ever be sold, given, rented, or released to others.

Contact information from the order form is used to send the Personalized Santa Letter to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.
